A fillies' listed race that contained the usual quota of runners trying to grab a bit of black type, but the form at the top end looks rock solid, the winner sure to take high rank again in this division this winter and chased home by a couple who arrived in good form, this trio pulling a little way clear in a good time.

QUEEN AMINATU managed to complete back-to-back wins in this race, doing well under the circumstances and looking as good as ever; dwelt, in rear, still plenty to do 2f out, rapid headway over 1f out, found plenty to lead line; it bears repeating that she boasts an excellent record on all-weather and she'll remain of plenty of interest under similar conditions.

POTAPOVA back on all-weather, again ran well; close up, produced to lead 2f out, tackled final 1f, kept on well, edged out post; had every chance the way this developed and perhaps isn't quite as good as she was in 2022, but she's pretty consistent all the same and will remain of interest at this level.

AL AGAILA (IRE) back up in grade, ran at least as well as last time to add to a good record on all-weather, but could be the type who does most of her running on the bridle, failing to put this to bed having looked all over the winner in the straight; in touch, tanked along, loomed up over 1f out, effort final 1f, found less than looked likely.

COCO JAMBOO (IRE) has been in really good nick at a lower level and ran as well as could be expected in the face of a stiff task, having no problem with this speed-favouring 1m returned to all-weather, edging her rating up a bit further in fact; mid-field, pushed along around 2f out, switched early in straight, kept on.

TARRABB (IRE) after 9 weeks off, wasn't seen to best effect and remains in good form; raced wide, prominent, pushed along 2f out, keeping on when hampered final 1f.

JULIA AUGUSTA after 6 months off, was flying too high in this grade and ran respectably; dwelt, mid-field, one paced; it remains to be seen which way she goes from this return, clearly fragile judged on her infrequent appearances.

PASTICHE faced a stiff task, but wasn't seen to best effect and did enough to show she remains in form; in rear, pushed along under 3f out, forced very wide entering early in straight, headway late on.

ZOUKY upped in trip, was out of depth and ran as well as could be expected; in rear, shaken up home turn, never dangerous.

NIGIRI (IRE) back on all-weather, again ran below form, has possibly gone off the boil; chased leader, weakened straight.

GOOD GRACIOUS who won her sole previous start on all-weather, is better judged on previous form, things not going her way on this occasion; mid-division, raced freely on outer, pushed along home turn, forced wider still soon after, dropped away.

LIGHTSHIP (IRE) was most progressive on all-weather last winter, but underperformed back on a synthetic surface; in rear, headway on inner entering straight, soon beaten.

ZELLIE (FR) offered little after 6 months off; led, headed 2f out, folded tamely; something to prove on the back of this.
