merely needed to match his form from last time to go one better, no more than workmanlike on the night but more to come as his stamina is drawn out; held up, headway entering straight, driven over 1f out, edged left briefly, stayed on to lead close home; holds plenty of fancy entries but the Goffs Million is reportedly the main aim.

ran at least as well in defeat as when winning the time before, though didn't do herself any favours by hanging right late on; held up, travelled as well as any, going well when had to wait for gap early in straight, quickened to lead entering final 1f, hung right briefly, edged ahead late on.
